El patio para almacenamiento de contenedores que se construye en sociedad puerto
industrial aguadulce pretende dar cavidad a aproximadamente 50 contenedores para
realización de operaciones portuarias y almacenamiento de mercancías; esto debido a que
AGUADULCE está experimentando un aumento en la recepción de las mismas y se hace
necesario tener el espacio requerido para facilitar la movilización de la carga, en operaciones
internas de ordenación y control de dichas mercancías necesarias para mejorar la eficiencia
de las operaciones asociadas a la carga y descarga en los buques. La empresa ARKING S.A.S
está a cargo de la construcción de este proyecto con todas las herramientas, materiales,
personal necesario como ingenieros, arquitectos, maestros de obras, auxiliares, tecnólogos,
agentes de interventoría, que conforman equipo altamente capacitado para así llevar a cabo
el proyecto. En la realización de la obra se ejecutaron actividades tanto técnica como
administrativa el cual se llevó a cabo unos procedimientos para el avance de dicha obra. Para
la ejecución de las actividades técnica se lleva a cabo una serie de requisitos para construir
un trabajo ejemplar. Actividades como: Seguimiento del proceso constructivo de las
formaletas, Seguimiento de la fundición de losa, fundación de los pavimento, sellado del
pavimento en los Seguimiento del acabado de la superficie esta se realiza Una vez que el
concreto se encuentre en un estado plástico, se realiza una revisión para ver la compactado
y asegurarse de que no haya irregularidades en la superficie de la losa colocando una regla
de 2 metros y medio de forma paralela y que las lecturas no se pasen más de los 5 mm según
lo dice el Art 500 norma INVIAS. Después de esta actividad, se finaliza con el embellecimiento
de todos los bordes, tanto las juntas y la losa, procedimiento el cual se realiza con llana, y se
complementa el trabajo con las actividades administrativas.
