Abstract

El patrimonio cultural material e inmaterial es cada vez mas reconocido como factor decisivo tanto en los procesos de cohesión social y afirmación de la pertenencia e identidad cultural como en el desarrollo económico de cada pueblo.

El trabajo parte de los objetos de la ley de cultura y la ley de Desarrollo Territorial, que buscan establecer mecanismos que permitan a las entidades nacionales, departamentales y municipales competentes la prevención y defensa del patrimonio ecológico, ambiental y cultural localizado en sus ámbito territorial. En este caso, el patrimonio cultural inmaterial e inmueble como el sistema estructurante de la ciudad y el municipio de Buenaventura.

The tangible and intangible cultural heritage is increasingly recognized as a decisive factor both in the processes of social cohesion and affirmation of cultural belonging and identity, as well as in the economic development of each people.
