AB - This text gathers the discussions maintained by sorne authors concerning the contradictions of the Colombian political system that oscillates between the modern and traditional, produ­ cing a malformation in the institutions and the forms	of	political	association,	which	far decades has prevented the development of a participative democratic and inclusive project, and the consolidation of a real condition of citizenship, at the same time turning violence into the principal method of response to crisis unleashed by this phenomena, through the diverse agents and forces that make up the system.
