This document details a report on the situation of the environment and analyzes the internship process in the company Opp Graneles from the position of systems assistant, determining each of its failures or successes that may contribute to the development and experience of any person who works or you want to work for the entity. The assigned activities are related to the services provided by information and communication technologies, however there are deficiencies in some security details such as data care, backup copies and the like, which compromise information and efficiency of each of its employees. The importance of the internship lies with the student in providing support to identify and reinforce the weaknesses that may be found as the internship process is carried out, a commitment that directly or indirectly affects all those involved with the company.
