This report is a foundation of how the implementation of the ISO 9001 2015 standard can be
achieved, through the application of necessary procedures to ANCORA RESTROBAR, which is a
sector of activity and thus relate it to a quality management system, which ensures us to increase
business efficiency, customer satisfaction and personal presentation. This standard is a standard
that focuses on the quality management of an organization, which can be applied in different
sectors, where customer service is a fundamental element for business success. In the case of
ANCORA RESTROBAR, it is important to guarantee the quality of the products and services
offered, ensuring the use of fresh and quality ingredients.
This can be achieved through the implementation of quality management systems. In addition,
the personal presentation is also relevant, since customers tend to value the appearance and
attitude of the workers when providing the service. Therefore, it is important that a culture of
hygiene and personal care is promoted, and that constant training is provided in terms of
