Diseño de una base de datos para la priorización y diposición estratégicas de mercancías en abandono DIAN en la seccional Buenaventura

Abstract

Este informe plantea la necesidad del equipo de funcionarios a cargo de las mercancías en estado de abandono en el grupo interno de trabajo de Operación Logística de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales de Colombia (DIAN), seccional Buenaventura. Para la DIAN es importante cumplir las metas anuales y los tiempos de disposición. Basándose en la experiencia adquirida, a lo largo de este informe, se exponen las funciones del equipo responsable de disponer de las mercancías en estado de abandono, donde se expresa la solución mediante la creación y uso de una base de datos que les permita anexar, categorizar y priorizar los BLS (Bill of Lading) según su tiempo de antigüedad, tipo de mercancía y su naturaleza. El objetivo principal de esta base de datos es mejorar los procesos de disposición de BLS para prevenir que la mercancía dañada o delicada vulnere el estado de las demás, y que la entidad logre cumplir a tiempo con las metas establecidas sin imprevistos ni retrasos, haciendo eficientes los procesos. Por ello, la propuesta busca reducir tiempos y asegurar el control promoviendo una mayor eficiencia institucional. The main objective of this database is to improve the BLS disposition processes to prevent damaged or delicate merchandise from violating the status of the others, and for the entity to meet the established goals on time without unforeseen events or delays, making the processes efficient. Therefore, the proposal seeks to reduce time and ensure control by promoting greater institutional efficiency.
