Informe final de pasantias en la Dirección Seccional de Impuestos y Aduanas de Buenaventura - grupo interno de trabajo: registro y control usuarios aduaneros

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente informe de pasantías realizadas en la Dirección Seccional de Impuestos y Aduanas (DSIA) de Buenaventura, específicamente en el Grupo Interno de Trabajo (GIT) Registro y Control Usuarios Aduaneros, tiene como objetivo analizar, identificar y comunicar el motivo, las afectaciones y las consecuencias que genera lo lento y pesado que es el sistema de registro y control de mercancías en abandono, además de proponer recomendaciones u alternativas de mejoras para que este proceso sea más efectivo y optimo. Ahora bien, para identificar cada uno de los ítems anteriores, se utilizó una metodología con enfoque mixto. Por un lado, se diseñó dos encuestas, una para el funcionario que realiza la función, y la otra para los usuarios y/o funcionarios que realizan consultas, con el fin de indagar y recopilar información general frente al proceso de sistema de registro. Por otro lado, se investigó información documental y digital sobre optimización de sistemas de bases de datos. Dicho lo anterior, se pudo evidenciar que el rendimiento del sistema de registro es deficiente afectando de forma directa tanto a los usuarios, como a los funcionarios.

ABSTRACT This report of internships carried out in the Sectional Directorate of Taxes and Customs (DSIA) of Buenaventura, specifically in the Internal Working Group (GIT) Registration and Control of Customs Users, aims to analyze, identify and communicate the reason, the effects and the consequences generated by the slow and burdensome system for registering and controlling abandoned merchandise, in addition to proposing recommendations or alternatives for improvements to make this process more effective and optimal. Now, to identify each of the previous items, a mixed approach methodology was used. On the one hand, two surveys were designed, one for the official who performs the function, and the other for the users and/or officials who make queries, in order to investigate and collect general information regarding the registration system process. On the other hand, documentary and digital information on optimization of database systems was investigated. Having said the above, it was evident that the performance of the registration system is deficient, directly affecting both users and officials.
