En este informe se presenta una detallada descripción de la situación actual e infraestructura de Fundancestral y el museo Vivo Marina Mar, con el fin de potenciar sus operaciones, garantizar la seguridad de sus empleados y mejorar la satisfacción de sus clientes. Algunas de las sugerencias incluyen asegurar un diseño interior atractivo y funcional que se adapte al tipo de negocio y facilite la experiencia del cliente; garantizar una adecuada modificación de sus interiores para crear un ambiente cómodo y agradable para clientes y empleados; y mantener una limpieza y cuidado regular de la fundación para garantizar una imagen impecable y cuidar la durabilidad de la infraestructura. con el propósito de analizar cómo están las condiciones de la fundación y el museo Vivo, ya habiendo reconocido los problemas existentes, dar sugerencias de cómo se podría mejorar el ambiente interno, para que el espacio sea adecuado y pueda brindar el tipo de servicio que ofrece el museo Vivo Marina Mar, con un mejor entorno. This report presents a detailed description of the current situation and infrastructure of Fundancestral and the Museo Vivo Marina Mar, in order to enhance its operations, ensure the safety of its employees and improve customer satisfaction. Some of the suggestions include ensuring an attractive and functional interior design that suits the type of business and facilitates the customer experience; ensuring adequate modification of its interiors to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for customers and employees; and maintain a regular cleaning and care of the foundation to ensure an impeccable image and take care of the durability of the infrastructure. All this with the purpose of analyzing how the conditions of the foundation and the Living Museum, having already recognized the existing problems, give suggestions on how to improve the internal environment, To make the space is adequate and can provide the type of service offered by the Living Museum Marina Mar, already with a better environment. This will help not only the customers but also the employees, giving them more comfort which leads to have efficiency in the work and a better affectivity when presenting all our services.
