Abstract

El Hotel Bella del Mar, ubicado en la zona rural de Buenaventura, específicamente en la playa Pianguita, es un establecimiento que busca ofrecer una experiencia de alojamiento confortable y de calidad a sus huéspedes. Con una infraestructura de 28 habitaciones, equipadas con ventiladores en el primer piso y aire acondicionado en el segundo, el hotel orienta sus esfuerzos en garantizar un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, durante el período de pasantía, se identificaron dificultades en la comunicación interna entre la administración y el personal, afectando la coordinación de tareas y, en consecuencia, la eficiencia operativa. A pesar de estos desafíos, la experiencia de los huéspedes se ha visto favorecidas gracias al esfuerzo del equipo de trabajo, que ha logrado generar un ambiente de comodidad. Este informe analiza las deficiencias en la comunicación interna del hotel y propone estrategias para optimizar los procesos organizativos, mejorando así la operatividad y la calidad del servicio.

The Hotel Bella del Mar, located in the rural area of Buenaventura, specifically on Pianguita Beach, is an establishment that seeks to offer a comfortable and quality accommodation experience to its guests. With 28 rooms, equipped with fans on the first floor and air conditioning on the second, the hotel focuses its efforts on ensuring exceptional service. However, during the internship period, difficulties in internal communication between management and staff were identified, affecting task coordination and, consequently, operational efficiency. Despite these challenges, guest experience has been enhanced thanks to the efforts of the team, which has managed to create an environment of comfort. This report analyzes the deficiencies in the hotel's internal communication and proposes strategies to optimize organizational processes, thereby improving operations and service quality. The objective of this report is to identify the deficiencies in internal communication between management and employees at the Hotel Bella del Mar, analyzing how the lack of an efficient organizational structure and inadequate execution of processes affect task assignment and the hotel's operations. Based on this, strategies have been designed to improve communication channels, optimize personnel management, and strengthen internal leadership. These actions seek to reduce ambiguity in instructions, improve coordination among operational challenges, and ensure a more efficient and organized work environment.
