Mantenimiento, reparación y adecuación de instalaciones en la infraestructura portuaria de OPP Gráneles

Abstract

En este informe se describen las actividades realizadas durante mi practica empresarial en la empresa OPP Graneles, una unidad de negocio de Ventura Group, ubicado dentro de las instalaciones de sociedad portuaria en Buenaventura. donde ocupé el cargo de auxiliar de mantenimiento en infraestructura. Esta experiencia me permitió aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en mi formación como tecnólogo en construcciones de obras civiles, aprender de las técnicas y experiencias de los profesionales afines a la ingeniería civil y personales experimentados. Mis funciones incluían la supervisión técnica de los trabajos programados, asegurando que se llevaran a cabo de manera segura y adecuada. La principal responsabilidad en el área de infraestructura es mantener en óptimas condiciones, con funcionamiento y sostenibilidad, las instalaciones y estructuras de la organización. Durante el periodo de tiempo en la empresa, tuve la oportunidad de involucrarme en diversas tareas tanto técnicas como administrativas, bajo la supervisión del ingeniero Bairon José Arce Rojas, jefe de infraestructura. Desarrollé mis funciones en un área total de 72,323 m², que abarca toda la superficie de la empresa. Mis responsabilidades incluían la supervisión técnica de nuevas construcciones, así como la adecuación y el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones. Estas acciones estaban orientadas a prolongar la vida útil de los equipos y las infraestructuras, asegurando que las operaciones se llevaran a cabo de manera segura y eficiente, al tiempo que se minimizaba el tiempo de inactividad.

This report describes the activities carried out during my internship at OPP Graneles, a business unit of the Ventura Group, located within the port company's facilities in Buenaventura. I held the position of Infrastructure Maintenance Assistant. This experience allowed me to apply the knowledge acquired during my training as a civil engineering technologist and learn from the techniques and experiences of civil engineering professionals and experienced personnel. My duties included the technical supervision of scheduled works, ensuring they were carried out safely and appropriately. The main responsibility in the infrastructure area is to maintain the organization's facilities and structures in optimal condition, functioning, and sustainability. During my time at the company, I had the opportunity to be involved in various technical and administrative tasks, under the supervision of Engineer Bairon José Arce Rojas, Head of Infrastructure. I performed my duties in a total area of 72,323 m², covering the entire company footprint. My responsibilities included the technical supervision of new construction, as well as the adaptation and preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. These actions were aimed at extending the useful life of equipment and infrastructure, ensuring that operations were carried out safely and efficiently, while minimizing downtime.
