Caracterización del acceso y uso de las TIC en los estudiantes de grados 10° y 11° de las Instituciones Educativas en la zona Urbana del Distrito de Buenaventura – Valle. Este informe tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de alfabetización digital, los servicios tecnológicos que utilizan, el grado apropiación tecnológica, el grado de conectividad con que cuenta la comunidad y el nivel de cobertura de la misma, lo que permite saber si los estudiantes tienen un alcance significativo en el uso de las herramientas TIC, tanto en las instituciones como en los hogares. El método a utilizar fue encuestas digitales y manual (hojas), logrando con satisfacción un resultado que permite identificar las brechas digitales en cada estudiante

Characterization of the access and use of ICT in the students of grades 10 and 11 of the educational institutions in the Urban zone of the District of Buenaventura - Valle. This research aims to identify the access and use of ICT, the technological services they use, the degree of technological appropriation, the degree of connectivity that the community has and the level of coverage of the same, which allows us to know if the students they have a significant scope in the use of ICT tools, both in institutions and in homes. The method to be used were digital and manual (written) surveys, successfully achieving a result that allows the identification of digital gaps, in each student of IE La Anunciación. According to the surveys carried out, the lack of information and accompaniment was observed to identify the tools that can lead them to be more academically competitive and continue without fissure with higher studies.
