RESUMEN “El clima organizacional es el conjunto de cualidades, atributos o propiedades, relativamente permanentes de un ambiente de trabajo concreto, que son percibidas, sentidas o experimentadas por las personas que componen la organización y que influyen sobre su conducta” (García y Zapata 2008). Hoy en día, el clima organizacional juega un papel importante en el crecimiento de las empresas, y su estudio, diagnóstico y mejora tienen un impacto directo en el espíritu de la organización. Como resultado, en este informe se realiza una aproximación conceptual de varios autores que ayuda a demostrar el papel del clima en los cambios organizacionales. De manera similar, se exhiben los diferentes instrumentos para medir y diagnosticar, y que Los valores de la organización están influenciados por una variedad de factores, incluidos creencias, tradiciones y prácticas comerciales para comprender las causas de la satisfacción laboral y la insatisfacción, y cómo afectan los cambios organizacionales. As a result, this report uses a conceptual approach from several authors that helps demonstrate the role of climate in organizational changes. Similarly, the different instruments for measuring and diagnosing are exhibited, and that Organizational values are influenced by a variety of factors, including beliefs, traditions and business practices to understand the causes of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and how affect organizational changes.

Today, the organizational climate plays an important role in the growth of companies, and its study, diagnosis and improvement have a direct impact on the spirit of the organization. As a result, this report uses a conceptual approach from several authors that helps demonstrate the role of climate in organizational changes. In other words, it is the environment in which one lives within an organization, which can have positive and negative effects.
