Acompañamiento y seguimiento a proyectos productivos de familias retornadas del conflicto armado de Buenaventura en la Secretaria de Desarrollo Económico y Rural

Abstract

Durante seis meses de prácticas en la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Rural, el estudiante adquirió conocimientos clave que serán fundamentales para su futura carrera profesional. Este informe aborda las diversas áreas que constituyen el entramado de esta institución, enfocándose en las tres unidades principales: Unidad de Emprendimiento, Minera y Forestal, y Unidad Municipal Agropecuaria (UMATA). Estas unidades se encargan de promover el desarrollo económico, agroforestal, minero, energético, la seguridad alimentaria y el bienestar rural mediante la implementación de programas e iniciativas. La experiencia en esta entidad permitió al estudiante comprender los procesos de apoyo a emprendimientos rurales, planear y ejecutar proyectos de desarrollo, y evaluar el impacto de los programas aplicados en las comunidades. Además, la práctica proporcionó una visión integral sobre la Administración de Negocios Internacionales, especialmente en su aplicación al desarrollo económico y rural. La experiencia práctica no solo amplió los conocimientos teóricos, sino que también permitió identificar áreas de contribución significativas al entorno académico y profesional del estudiante

During a six-month internship at the Buenaventura´s Secretariat for Economic and Rural Development, the student acquired key knowledge that will be fundamental for his future professional career. This report addresses the various areas that make up the framework of this institution, focusing on the three main units: the Entrepreneurship Unit, the Mining and Forestry Unit, and the Municipal Agricultural Unit (UMATA). These units are responsible for promoting economic, agroforestry, mining, energy development, food security, and rural well-being through the implementation of programs and initiatives. The experience in this entity allowed the student to understand the processes of supporting rural entrepreneurship, the planning and execution of development projects, and the evaluation of the impact of programs applied in communities. In addition, the internship provided a comprehensive view of International Business Administration, especially in its application to economic and rural development. The practical experience not only expanded theoretical knowledge, but also allowed the identification of significant areas of contribution to the student's academic and professional environment.
