Los asentamientos informales son causados por muchos fenómenos sociales no resueltos, fruto del crecimiento acelerado de la población, el déficit de necesidades básicas. (INGRID LORENA GOMEZ ALBARRACION, 2019). En esta posición se encuentra el barrio Carlos Holmes Trujillo, también hace parte de cada una de estas condiciones, por tanto, causo la ocupación informal de este territorio, tanto que los asentamientos ilegales que se ubicaron en el lugar donde muchas adquirieron estos lotes sin ningún título de propiedad.

Informal settlements are caused by many unresolved social phenomena, the result of accelerated population growth, the deficit of basic needs. (INGRID LORENA GOMEZ ALBARRACION, 2019). The Carlos Holmes Trujillo neighborhood is in this position, it is also part of each of these conditions, therefore, it caused the informal occupation of this territory, so much so that the illegal settlements that were located in the place where many acquired these lots without any property title.
