El siguiente escrito tiene una investigación referente a 3 muelles importantes en la ciudad de Buenaventura, teniendo en cuenta que es el puerto principal de Colombia y que a su vez es un importante articulador de la zona pacifica con el resto del país. El siguiente análisis parte de la necesidad de tener unos muelles que presten un óptimo servicio a la comunidad y sus usuarios, los muelles objeto de estudios son importantes en, la parte turística, el comercio pesquero y el transporte de pasajeros y comercialización de materiales para la construcción. Teniendo en cuenta que estos muelles son tan importantes para la ciudad y la región se manejaron la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, donde se hicieron varias encuestas a personas que son usuarias de los diferentes muelles, también visitas realizadas en diferentes horarios del día para tener unos conceptos claro de cómo podríamos elaborar una cartilla que nos ilustrara unas pautas para mejorar dichos equipamientos que tanto necesita nuestra ciudad y la región pacífica. En conclusión, se evidenciaron las diferentes fortalezas y debilidades de cada uno de esta manera se genera una cartilla donde reposa los resultados de esta investigación que tiene como finalidad mejorar y adaptar estos sitios de la mejor manera para que los visitantes y usuarios de estos equipamientos tengan una mejor experiencia y con esto fomentar el progreso de la ciudad y la región pacífica. The following paper has a research concerning 3 important docks in the city of Buenaventura, taking into account that it is the main port of Colombia and at the same time is an important articulator of the Pacific zone with the rest of the country. The following analysis is based on the need to have docks that provide an optimal service to the community and its users. The docks under study are important for tourism, fishing trade, passenger transportation and commercialization of construction materials. Taking into account that these docks are so important for the city and the region, the qualitative and quantitative methodology was used, where several surveys were made to people who are users of the different docks, also visits made at different times of the day to have clear concepts of how we could develop a booklet that would illustrate some guidelines to improve these facilities that our city and the Pacific region need so much. In conclusion, the different strengths and weaknesses of each one were evidenced in this way a booklet is generated where the results of this research that aims to improve and adapt these sites in the best way so that visitors and users of these facilities have a better experience and thus promote the progress of the city and the Pacific region.
