Práctica empresarial en mantenimientos de obras al interior del terminal marítimo de Buenaventura SPRBUEN (Sociedad Portuaria Regional de Buenaventura S.A.).

Abstract

El informe actual expone las actividades ejecutadas durante el período de práctica en el área de ingeniería e infraestructura de empresa SPRBUN (Sociedad Portuaria Regional de Buenaventura), donde apliqué los conocimientos adquiridos en el aula en áreas técnicas, normativas y administrativas. Durante este periodo, me desempeñé como inspector, llevando a cabo el seguimiento, supervisión de obras, interpretación de planos y programación de actividades. Asimismo, brindé apoyo administrativo y supervisé los diferentes tipos de mantenimientos locativos permanentes en el terminal marítimo de Buenaventura. Las actividades que se realizaron en el terminal marítimo el inspector residente constato que las especificaciones técnicas se cumplieran conforme al contrato u orden de servicio con el objetivo de garantizar el trabajo realizado. Como parte del programa de tecnología en construcciones civiles, se establece la realización de prácticas empresariales (pasantías) con una duración de 240 horas. Este proceso, avalado por el arquitecto Carlos Arley Alomia, se llevó a cabo de manera satisfactoria en un periodo de 2 meses.

The current report outlines the activities carried out during the internship period in the engineering and infrastructure area of SPRBUN (Regional Port Society of Buenaventura), where I applied the knowledge acquired in the classroom in technical, regulatory, and administrative areas. During this period, I worked as an inspector, carrying out monitoring, supervision of works, interpretation of plans, and scheduling of activities. Additionally, I provided administrative support and supervised the different types of permanent locative maintenance at the Buenaventura maritime terminal. The activities conducted at the maritime terminal included the resident inspector ensuring that the technical specifications were met according to the contract or service order to guarantee the work performed. As part of the civil construction technology program, it is required to complete business internships lasting 240 hours. This process, endorsed by architect Carlos Arley Alomia, was successfully carried out over a period of 2 months.
