La DIAN-Buenaventura es una entidad adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, se constituyó como Unidad Administrativa Especial la cual realiza diversas funciones y actividades, especialmente durante el desarrollo de las pasantías en la División De Fiscalización y Liquidación Aduanera Y Cambiaria, en temas de sanciones, se utiliza sistemas como MUISCA y SYGA para la búsqueda de información relevante. Siguiendo diferentes actores de comercio internacional, diferentes procedimientos administrativos y de seguimiento dependiendo de la gravedad de la sanción. Por lo tanto, la integración de las TIC juega un papel importante en la búsqueda del desarrollo de las organizaciones para ser cada vez más competitivas y mantenerse a la vanguardia de los continuos cambios que enfrenta la sociedad actual. Por lo tanto, la recomendación de un programa especializado surge al darse cuenta de la necesidad e interés de mejorar y completar el proceso de apertura e investigación de sanciones aduaneras para solucionar el problema que los estudiantes mencionaron durante el proceso de aprendizaje. Aprendizaje en materia de control aduanero, liquidación y cambio, logrando así una mayor eficiencia, aprovechando el tiempo invertido en las operaciones y maximizando la productividad organizacional.

The DIAN-Buenaventura is an entity attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, it was established as a Special Administrative Unit which performs various functions and activities, especially during the development of internships in the Customs and Exchange Inspection and Liquidation Division, on issues of sanctions, systems such as MUISCA and SYGA are used to search for relevant information. Following different international trade actors, different administrative and follow-up procedures depending on the severity of the sanction. Therefore, the integration of ICT plays an important role in the search for the development of organizations to be increasingly competitive and stay at the forefront of the continuous changes faced by today's society. Therefore, the recommendation of a specialized program arises from realizing the need and interest to improve and complete the process of opening and investigation of customs sanctions to solve the problem that the students mentioned during the learning process. Learning in customs control, liquidation and change, thus achieving greater efficiency, taking advantage of the time invested in operations and maximizing organizational productivity.
