Abstract

El Hotel Bella del Mar en Pianguita desea mejorar la integración de los empleados de nuevo ingreso dándoles una breve capacitación de cómo se maneja todo internamente y a su vez darles un pequeño manual de manejo para que tengan todo presente y si desean consultar algo puedan hacerlo sin ningún problema en el código de conducta. En dicho caso el presente trabajo nos informa de la importancia y los beneficios de la implementación de un manual o código de conducta en el Hotel Bella del Mar, puesto que capacitar a los empleados mejorara la prestación del servicio al cliente con la ayuda de la norma ISO-10001 del 2018. Este manual se enfoca en ayudar en el control interno, ya que dará un direccionamiento de cómo actuar tanto dentro como fuera del hotel, responderá dudas que puedan llegar a surgir con respecto a su administración, su manera de hacer las cosas y el cómo resolver los problemas de una manera eficiente y rápida en la que no se vaya a molestar el cliente.
